THE DENTAL CRISIS FUND a partnership between Healthy Carolinians of Stokes and The United Fund of Stokes.
What: The Dental Crisis Fund was set-up to meet the emergency dental needs of children from the ages of 5 to 18; to offer a supplemental fund for children in severe tooth pain and/or in need of emergency dental care.
Who Qualifies: Children between ages of 5 to 18 who do not receive Medicaid and who are not covered under any insurance plan.

Each case will be reviewed and a decision will be made based on the needs of the child, eligibility of the child and criteria set forth by the Healthy Carolinians of Stokes Task Force.
